At the reception upon arrival

Access to the Reception is limited to one member per family. Simplified procedure: fast check-in, secure key delivery, contactless payment preferred.

Accommodation

More frequent disinfection of the surfaces and air-conditioning filters cleaning. The mobile home is systematically ventilated before being made available. 

Sanitary facilities

More frequent disinfection and cleaning of the surfaces. Hand sanitizer and cleaning products available.

Entertainment and activities

Outdoor activities and evenings will be organised in accordance with safety distances. Mini club and teen club will be open.

Restaurants, bars, shops

Separate tables. Meals and drinks served at the table only. More frequent disinfection and cleaning of the surfaces. Masks must be worn in shops and restaurant areas. Limited number of people in enclosed spaces. Phone reservations preferred. 

Water parks

Opening of water parks in compliance with the physical distancing rules from 10 am to 8 pm for outdoor pools and from 11 am to 7 pm for indoor pool. Spacing and disinfection of sun loungers every morning. Disinfection products available. Physical distance in slide queues.

SPA

Masks must be worn during treatments. Please note that: steam room, sauna, ice fountain, herbal tea room areas are temporarily closed.

Beach

Free and direct access from the campsites from 7am to 9pm. Quietest and least busy times: before 11am in the morning, after 6pm in the evening.

Hand sanitizer dispensers on all campsites.

Signs to organise traffic flow and ensure physical distancing.

Disinfection of common areas and increased cleaning frequency.

It is not compulsory for children and adults to wear masks on the campsite but we recommend it.
